Welcome and I hope that everyone has recovered after a wild and crazy day of racing. It was wet, windy and fast sailing. Where else can you have this much fun in foulies and barefoot this time of year. The photos are low resolution on the site and some have been cropped. Tough shooting conditions and contact me if you are unsure about a photos quality for enlargment. My gear has dried out with no noticeable harm and I will be having a slideshow at the awards party. Hope to see you there! Use the 'slideshow' to view in full screen size and 'Show All' to see the thumbnails for a quick search of your boat. Cheers, Marco.

Dear Mr Oquendo,

Thank you so much for producing these great photos of the Miami Yacht Club's Miami to Key Largo 2012 Race! Since it is a fundraiser for our 501C-3, the Miami Yacht Club Youth Sailing Foundation, any coverage of this event really helps. Hope to see you next year on April 20, 2013!

Hey Marco, great job on all the MKL Race pictures. You are a real trooper to brave the elements to get all these amazing shots.
Thank you, Marco, for helping us at the finish line of this race. We were the finish line boat without a mark boat to help us. Marco stepped up and moved the finish line mark for us under wild conditions. And he also towed one of the racing boats into safety at Gilberts. Great job, and great photos, Marco!!
